Central Baptist Hospital
We have serviced Central Baptist Hospital for more than 20 years by providing quality preventative maintenance and prompt service.We have installed and modernized over 23 elevators and dumbwaiters for Central Baptist Hospital. There success has added to our growth and our success.

Downtown Frankfort, Kentucky
We are pleased to have recently been awarded the service contract for a majority of the state buildings in Frankfort, including the State Capitol and the Transportation building (shown here).

UK Campus
We have installed, serviced and modernized many elevators and dumbwaiters on campuses and state universities including Eastern Kentucky, Western Kentucky, Northern Kentucky, Morehead State, Kentucky State and Murray State, to name a few. This picture includes a 20-story 6-car group we modernized in an office tower.

Downtown Lexington
We are proud that the company was founded in Lexington. We are the last home based elevator company in the bluegrass. We have become well respected as the premier elevator service and construction company in central and eastern Kentucky by our peers, general contractors and local architects. We are quickly becoming the largest installation company in the state.

Northwest Mutual Financial Network Building
We have installed hundreds of elevators in small and mid-size office buildings. Like Northwest Mutual's newest location, our elevators will be an asset to any building's productivity, décor and leasibility.

Churches and schools have become a staple in the new construction industry in order to stay in compliance with ADA codes and the need for accessibility.

Fayette County Court Houses
One of our largest construction projects included 14-traction elevators, 13-courtroom lifts and 1-dumbwaiter. Completing this project in 2001, it propelled us into the capability to perform the much larger projects in our region.

State Office Building
Our largest elevator modernization project to date is this 1935 gotham city style building with 6-high rise gearless traction passenger elevators, 1-high rise geared traction freight elevator and adding 1-new passenger hydraulic elevator. This elevator modernization has transformed this old facility into an efficiently run office building.
